Formerly known as the Purple Cow, we opened under our new name the Bank Street Creamery as of April 4th 2013.
We were awarded a Certificate of Excellence by TripAdvisor for our consistent customer ratings of our creamery!
We recently added fresh hand-made waffle ice cream sandwiches to the menu. Yum!

We are located in downtown Easton next to the Crayola Factory, School of Rock, Bank Street Annex and across the street from the Pine Street parking garage.
Please note we are located in the pedestrian portion of Bank Street, which is between Northampton and Pine Street.
Public parking is available in the Pine Street parking garage, parking lot on 3rd Street, and surrounding streets.
