About Us:

Originally known as the Purple Cow, the newly renamed Bank Street Creamery has been servicing Easton locals since 1998. We pride ourselves in creating the best gourmet ice cream in town. We hand select only the finest ingredients, and ensure that each batch meets our exceptionally high standards.

We opened our creamery with the dream of providing everyone with a modern and retro ice cream shop. We wanted to create a cool place to relax in the summer, or to spend a first date at. We want each and every one of our customers to feel welcomed in our shop, and to walk away having tasted the best ice cream they’ve ever had.

We have had three generations of family running the business. We have carried on the traditions and recipes that were began by Marishka in the 80s and reinvented by her children Lynn and Dean, and then joined by Lynn’s children, Caitlin and Michael.

Along with our ice cream, we also sell an assortment of pastries and treats to compliment your day. We carry fresh pretzels, warm cookies, and freshly made waffle cones. We also pride ourselves in our deliciously thick milkshakes.

Our ice cream is served in many local area restaurants and events (ice cream socials, birthday parties, carnivals). We provide bulk ice cream or sorbet in 2.5 gallon containers, and can customize flavors for you.
