Items to Bring

Small, lightweight backpack, sunscreen, a small homemade snack, one sealed bottle of water, camera (lens not removable), sharpie for autographs, fully charged phone, comfortable sneakers, hat.

Items NOT to Bring

Chains (wallet chains), professional camera, alcohol, recording devices, firearms, weapons, knives, illegal substances.

Festival Gates: Open and Close Times

Gates for the festival for both general admission and VIP will open at 10 AM each day. The festival will close at 1:30 AM for the first two days and 2 AM on the last day due to the fireworks show.

Weather

Apocalypso is an outdoor festival that takes place rain or shine. Come prepared for hot days, bright sun, cool nights, and a chance of rain.

Festival Map

A festival map will be posted about three weeks before the start of the festival. This is to ensure all information on the map is accurate and convenient for you.

ATMs

A number of ATMs are available throughout the site. These will be marked on the Festival Map.

Stay Hydrated

Keep yourself healthy, happy, and hydrated throughout the weekend. Be sure to drink plenty of water, available at the free water filling stations and for sale at bars and food vendors. All locations will be marked on the festival map.

General Store

We will have a general store stocked with all the things you might have forgotten at home and a few other essentials. This is separate from the gear shop.

Reentering the Festival

Only patrons with a three day pass are allowed to come in and out of the festival site (you will be searched upon re-entry). If you have an emergency and must leave the festival early, please inform one of the staff or security members.

Alcohol

You cannot bring alcohol into the festival. Alcohol is available from approved vendors inside the festival grounds with a valid ID.
