OUR HISTORY

In the beginning and for many years, we were The Purple Cow Creamery. Owned by proud ice cream entrepreneurs Marishka Titus Michener and Lynn Titus Wallen, The Purple Cow was renowned in Easton for it's 48 flavors of hand made goodness. The name was changed to Bank Street Creamery in 2013 and that's how it's known today.

THE PRESENT

In January 2015, Lynn retired and Brooks MInnick purchased Bank Street Creamery. Brooks was born and raised in Wilson and returned to Easton after 25 years. Brooks has spent many hours with previous owner Lynn and her ice cream maker, Melissa, learning the ropes of small batch, high quality ice cream production. Brooks has refreshed the interior of the shop and will offer some new products, while continuing to honor the quality, the recipes and the great service that make Bank Street Creamery so well loved.
