Tomatoes

There are many garden varieties of tomatoes you can plant. Each with a different level of hardiness. Some tomatoes do better in soils with higher acidity. It is recommended you test your soil before planting. Choose your sunniest garden spot, because tomatoes soak up sunshine just like water. Aim for seven hours of sunshine a day. Eggplant

Eggplants do best when the soil is consistent soil moisture. Water regularly, especially when the plants are young so that they develop deep roots. Avoid overhead watering to prevent disease, but consider using mulch to keep soil moist, warm, and to keep weeds down. Keep out of direct sun for too long since sun scald is a common issue. You can cover them with a sheet or tarp to filter light. Stake the plants or use a cage to keep the plants upright. The fruits can become heavy and the plant will end up leaning.
