Tasks

1) Search for upcoming Taylor Swift concerts around the Kutztown area
2) Choose a Taylor Swift Concert in Philadelphia and find 3 seats together that are closest to the stage, price does not matter.
3) Complete ticket buying form and intend to search for more tickets.
4) Using the “Popular Events in Your Area” page, find an upcoming show for Kenny Chesney
5) Browse for upcoming sporting events

Results

1) 2 out of the five users didn't immediately go to the search bar to "search" for Taylor Swift. They wanted to see her concerts on the homepage.
2) 4 out of the 5 users were confused when they reached the seating page. One reason was because the seating chart was too small to see and another reason was they didn't understand the concept of saving seats.
3) All of the users got this part but some chose to click the ticketmaster icon instead of the "click here for more tickets button" (which I guess is fine...)
4) This was the easiest task for all users to complete
5) 1 out of the 5 users didn't see the sports tab and searched for sports.

Things I Could Change

- I could have made all the filters and search bars worked so the concerts would have actually been listed in the orders that they were supposed to be.
- The seating chart seemed to be very confusing with the users, which is understandable because I wasn't quite sure how to code my idea. A jquery dropdown list in the scrolling box was needed and the concept of "saving seats" could have been thought out more.
