Reservations at R Furry Friends are on a first come first serve basis and must be made by closing time the previous day or at least 24 hours ahead of time. We would appreciate a 24-hours notice in case of cancellations or we have the right to charge customer for that day. We are limited to the number of dogs we can service on a daily basis. We understand that emergencies do occur and would like notification at your earliest convenience. We have a limited amount of emergency openings that can be filled on any day for those that have last minute commitments.
Before your dog can be enrolled in Princess Pups; a thorough face to face interview must be done by appointment only. This screening process is done at our facility in our Screening Rooms. Princess Pups’ screening room has a gate divider that separates you and your dog from other test dogs during the screening interview. This design protects both animals and humans from any problems that may occur during the screening interview. After successfully completing the screening interview and all application information has been reviewed and verified your dog is then eligible to enter Princess Pups Doggie Daycare on a regular basis.
If you would like Princess Pups to feed your dog, you are asked to supply pre-measured plastic containers with your dog's food or treats which will be given to your dog only while your dog is crated. If your dog requires medication during the course of the day, Princess Pups will gladly administer the correct dosage per dog owner's instructions. The medicine should be in a container that will keep it safe and dry such as a pill bottle or individual day pill box that one can get at any pharmacy. There will be an extra fee of $2.00 a day for Princess Pups to give this medication.
All dogs attending Princess Pups will need to have suitable collars and leashes while staying in the facility. Collars should be buckle type which fits comfortably around dog's neck. Choke collars or harnesses will be taken off and stored until dog is picked up. Leashes need to be standard leashes either 4 or 6 foot in length. NO retractable leashes please.
