The Greater Reading Food and Cultural Tour starts at a location near 2nd and Washington Streets in downtown Reading. Once you purchase a ticket, the exact location will be forwarded. Your tour guide will meet you there. Click here to view a map. Our tour will end at the same location. All guests will receive a map with return directions included at the beginning of the tour.
Unfortunately, once purchased all tickets and payments are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled unless the tour itself is cancelled on your reserved day.
Being located along the Schuylkill River and the Reading Railroad, Reading is relatively flat. While we will walking downtown, guests should expect to be either standing or walking during the majority of our 2.5 hour tour, The tour is set at a casual pace and covers a total of approximately 1.5 miles. There will, however, be opportunities to sit down during the tour. Note there are some steps to be navigated on the tour.
