ATMs

ATM's will be available near top-up stations for guests to add funds to their cashless wristbands, as vendors will only be accepting payments with the wristbands.

Accessibility

Working within the parameters of Sawyer Point and Yeatman's Cove parks, we make every effort to make Bunbury accessible. We invite guests with special needs to email our partners at The Center for Independent Living Options (CILO) early for advice and support.

Boats

We don't allow boats to tie off. Please note that entry is only at the main gates.

Filming & Photography Policy

Bunbury Music Festival reserves the right to film and photograph all festival activities for promotional use. Please be advised that upon entry, you are granting permission for your image to be used in any and all promotional materials. Bunbury Music Festival assumes no responsibility for persons opposed to being photographed or filmed.

Gates

Festival gates open at 12pm each day. Additional entrances will be located at Public Landing, near Yeatman's Cove. If tickets are still available, they can be purchased at the festival box office located at the main entrance at Sawyer Point on the corner of Eggleston Ave. and Pete Rose Way.

Info Center

Near the entrance gate, volunteers will be ready to answer your questions about Bunbury and Greater Cincinnati. We want you to enjoy your time at the park and in Cincinnati!

Lockers

Once you pass through the main gate, we have lockers you can rent. They even have a place to charge your mobile phone!

Parking

Parking at The Banks may be crowded. Suggested parking is along Eggelston and as far north as the Casino. Reserve your space in advance!

Payment Plans

Payment plans are available when purchasing 3-Day passes on a desktop or PC only. Plans are not available when purchasing through the Ticketmaster mobile app. Once you've landed on the Bunbury Ticketmaster page, you'll click 'See Tickets' for the type of ticket you want. On the next page, there is a drop-down menu that says 'Select Ticket Type'. Click that and select standard payment or the payment plan you would prefer.

Re-Entry

We will only allow re-entry for three-day wristbands. As long as you are wearing a valid wristband for those three days, you can exit and re-enter the event site. Wristbands that have been damaged or tampered with will not be accepted.

Security

Safety is our number one priority. We have public safety and medical teams on hand. We will allow only a certain amount of tomfoolery. If there's a chance someone may get an eye poked out, we'll put an end to it...and we may even call your mom.

Service Animals

Individuals with disabilities shall be permitted to be accompanied by their service animals in all accessible areas of Sawyer Point and Yeatman's Cove parks. The work or tasks performed by a service animal must be directly related to the individual's disability.
