Sweet Spot Bakery first opened it's doors just 5 years ago. Owner and founder Olivia Grace, spent her childhood in the kitchen with her mother and grandmother. It was there in their small kitchen that she realized her passion for baking. She went to the Culinary Institute of America and graduated at the top of her class in 2005. After working for small bakeries and resturants for the next few years she decided to take a leap and start her own business.
