It's actually pretty simple. We find the freshest apples, we slice them, wash them (with a combination of Vitamin C and Calcium), and then seal them in our special packaging. All of this is done in temperature controlled (very cold!) rooms in our controlled environment processing rooms.

Sliced apples have a shelf life of 21 days! Our sliced pears and fresh grapes both have a shelf life of 18 days.

Food Safety is one of the absolute most important parts of our job and we treat it as such. We exceed industry best practices. We are certified GSI, SQF Level 2, and adhere to a strict FSQM system. All employees are trained through HAACP. Also, we have an in house food safety staff who's job, 24 hours a day, is to monitor and test our product and facility. We only offer the freshest and safest product to our customers and to you.
