Yes you guessed it, the most popular fashion statement from the 80s is leggings. it wouldn’t be the 80s without the aerobics infatuation, that the leg warmers wouldn’t be a thing. outfits wouldnt be complete with bright neons and contrasting patterns.
1990s
the decade of Rap and HipHop, the beginning of MTV and the new trends of minimalism flooded the fashion industry. Young adults welcomed the baggy flannels and floral prints, most still being popular in todays time. New to the fashion craze was slip dresses, sheer fabrics, and the different tones of black and gray.
2000s
the beloved years of the 2000s, dedicated to the year of track suits and heels. Juicy Couture, Velor and Hello Kitty engulfed the fashion world. the iconic Paris Hilton, Britney Spears and J.Lo carried the decade. lets not forget the brands that started it al “Limited Too”, “claire’s” and Toys R Us.
2010s
ahh the year Tumblur was born. Mint green and the cheveron pattern seemed to run this era. Skinny jeans slowly became the new trend, along with Vans and images of Mustaches printed on everything. torward the the late 2010’s buisness casual and nuetral tones were the rise of fashion.
