What is Juicing

Juicing is a way to get the nutrients and minerals from the fruits and vegetables we usually eat into a cup - for a good number of reasons.
For starters, many people either don't have the time or don't have the desire to consume the necessary amount of vegetable and fruit servings that the body requires. Furthermore, many veggies and fruits require some kind of preparation before they can be consumed, making your craving for a pineapple or coconut a difficult one to satiate if you're pressed for time (like when you're on lunch break). Juicing makes the process of getting a large portion of those dietary needs met by getting those vital nutrients into a much more portable solution - cups!

First we start with fresh produce, of your choice. The typical drink contains about five vegetables and/or fruits.
Then, if you're buying juice (smoothies are blended, not pressed) we press the veggies and fruit into a nutritious blend that your body will love and appreciate.

Why press it?

Pressing juice, instead of using traditional juicers, preserves the integrity of the juice and keeps the nutritional benefits at a maximum; there is minimal heat generated during pressing. Traditional juices that use blades in a spinning motion have a tendency to produce higher levels of heat, compromising the quantity of enzymes and vitamins found inside the juice. So, by pressing the juice, you get better quality in the concentration of nutrients - and that's better for you!
We also serve alkaline, ionized water to help keep your body hydrated and restore its natural pH levels. Drinks come in 16oz and 20oz cups.
