Unscripted is an app that creates a much quicker and simpler way to send out group invites/hangouts with fewer clicks. It prevents from having to go into your messages and type out an entire text and scroll through who to send it to. Some of the features of the app include: saving groups that you recently hung out with/make frequent plans with, looking up local things to do near your current location, syncing contacts, making customizable settings/groups, automatic notification shut-off and message disabling if you can't make it to a hangout, and being able to choose simple few words hangout invites to send out. Unscripted makes for an faster, easier way to make impromptu plans with friends.

Round One User Testing: April 13

1. People had trouble “finding Friends” for the Valley diner question (rephrase the question)
2. They had trouble finding the “saved section” make it on the home page.
3. Back button did not work on profile page.
4. Make buttons bigger (still a problem)
5. They got stuck on the ”custom page” and finding how to get to that page.
6. Make  “save” button on the setting page.
7. Make it have a speech bubble instead of the word reply on the messages screen
8. The Abby button doesn’t work on the send to page from the study category

Round Two User Testing: April 18

1. Change “dinner” options on food page, people are getting it confused with “diner”
2. Maybe move up the hangout invite “go to the diner?” in the category option
3. Move the Submit/Send button on the select a category screen to the top so they don’t have to scroll down through the list to get to it
4. Make the send button on the messages say Go instead of the paper airplane
5. Add larger hotspot areas behind certain buttons to make them more easy to click on them
6. Maybe make the select a hangout in each category be a single list instead of two columns
7. Make the icons larger still

Group Crit: April 25

1. Is the search bar needed at the top? Group decision, no it’s not needed
2. Colors, more cohesive with the icons, etc. Have a limit of two or so colors
3. For home screen categories, the words next to the icons make it seem too desktop like, make it just clickable icons, maybe drop down for words when you click on it?
4. Make it more fun, less businessy/corporate design
5. Don’t include the photo in the header bar
6. Cohesive icons, some are line art and some are filled solid, make them all one style
7. Make location smaller, not as necessary

Round Three User Testing: May 2

1. Back button on the food category has no hotspot
2. Back button hotspot on drink category (check to see if it’s on all pages for category)
3. Confusion on saved section- they want to click on the images instead of more button, so add hotspot to on images as well
4. Don’t use the word “location” when asking the task of Knoebel’s in saved section, make “Recently Saved” clearer
