Drake is a canadian singer, rapper and actor. He was born on October 24th, 1986 in Toronto, Canada. Drake has dual citizenship with the United States and Canada.
His career began with his appearance on the teen tv show Degrassi: The Next Generation, where he played Jimmy Brooks, a physically disabled basketball star. Shortly after he was musically inspired and self released his first mixtape "Room For Improvement" in 2006.
