Original Analysis
I analyzed the Arts quest website and found that it was very hard to get all the information that I needed to be able to find an event and purchase it.
Personas
I created 7 personas as fictional customers who are trying to use the Artsquest ticketing site, and they each have different end goals that I tried to solve.
New Flow Analysis
I then revised the flow analysis of how I was going to set up the new ticketing process. It included everything that I was going to add to the new process flow.
