The cream of the crop when comes to all things espresso, we pride ourselves on brewing only the finest damn java your taste buds won't soon forget. Don't say we didn't warn you, our brews are not for the faint of heart.
Brought about by one man having one too many shitty lattes, Rabid Dog was started by Kurtis Blake. Pissed off and sick of burned coffee and poorly crafted blends, Kurtis decided to take matters into his own hands and started up his own place dedicated to the way COFFEE ought to taste. Not that crap from the convenience store down the street. Rabid dog is all about making the finest coffee this side of nowhere, and is NOT your typical lame everyday junk. Our brews are some of the strongest out there and we are not afraid to try anything. You want a spicy latte? DONE. The Mad Dog has you covered. You want an explosion of caffeine? The Wild Dog has your name on it. Just want some damn good coffee? You can never go wrong with The Mutt. But be warned, we make COFFEE not that coffee flavored sugar milk nonsense. So don't be a wimp and get your greasy paws on this stuff.
In case you missed the memo, we're a food truck, meaning we don't have a home-base per se. What that does mean, is we roam the area as we see fit, catering to the needs of night owls everywhere. We are open weekdays from dusk until midnight and on weekends from dusk until 1am. Let's just say we are NOT morning people. Look for us in towns near Centralia, we like to keep it creepy.
More like why would we open any other time? Newsflash, mornings suck. We don't do mornings. You could say we're nocturnal, or you could say we REALLY don't like morning people. Point is the night life is where it's at, and we're keeping it that way.
Because that's how it was meant to be! Don't be surprised if you get looks for turning our finely crafted eye opener blends into sugar milk, we make our coffee strong on purpose. And yes, we do take offense if you ask for it.
We believe that kick-ass coffee should be available AND accessible to everyone. That's why we make it our business to come to you.
