ECHO is a sound-matching sequence game. A commom noise is matched with its paired animation, that you must repeat in order to advance to the next level. ECHO is played on the iPad, but the interaction with the game is extended to a projection, which plays the animations and sounds for the game, for an emersive game experience.
We wanted to challenge players to memorize the series of sound patterns. As the projector plays our animations on different objects, the player must attempt to remember which series of animations and sounds were played to win the game.

Based on the idea of animating projection on white objects and the game Bop It. Our concept focuses on the sounds many objects make. Below are examples of different places that have attempted projection mapping on objects. Some with consisting on interacting with the projection, others allowing only animations to developing on the objects they are projecting.
