Research
First things first, I had to come up with an idea for an interesting app that people would like to use. During my brain storming, I thought of 3 app ideas: an app to help you adopt a dog and donate to shelter, a bartering and trading app, and an app that would plan your night out for you from start to finish.
I researched other apps already in existence that were the similar to our ideas.
I also made some moodboards of competitior apps and apps which had a some good UI elements.
Personas
Next was to imagine what the typical and nontypical user would be like, what they would want, and what they are trying to do.
Process Flow
I then created a process flow to accomplish those scenarios.
Wireframe Sketches
Here are some early pen and paper sketches of the interface, featuring some beautful handwriting.
UxPin WireFrames
These are the working and interactive wireframes for the app on an andriod phone. The interactivity goes along with the user testing script.
Initial User Testing
This is the user testing script, along with initial notes and observations.

Invision Prototypes
Next, I created prototypes in Invision that include both the interactive and visual elements.
Final User Testing
My user testing script combined with the observations and notes I had while watching the users test the invision prototype, an possible solutions to those problems.
