Bar a Jus was started in 2004 with our owner Francesca Domier.
Her mission was to make healthy, fast food.
Started in 2012
Based in a small shop in Miami she hopes to expand and make the world
healthier one juice at a time.
Francesca and her loving husband began the bar
with there own money but later it grew into a cash cow!
Now serving only the finest blends of juices and most delectable snacks
Bar a jus
has turned out the be as tres bien as Francesca could have ever dreamed of.
