Step 1: Research & Process

First, I looked up different websites that I felt had good checkout layouts that were more user friendly. I looked at websites including Forever 21, which allows its users to not have to log in. I also looked at another website called Morphe. This website allows you to put all your information in one page without a whole bunch of other steps. I also checked out Seat Geek. This site gives a better view on seats and how to choose seats for a good price.

Further Notes:

I was told by both user testers to watch the footer sizes because they look like they vary. Next, I was told to watch colors. They understood what I was trying to do by correlating the page with the colors of the logo, but the colors sometimes did not contrast or it did not look like the pages all went with each other as one website. Finally, The navigation for the individual pages was too small. I would make the text larger. Other changes I would make include using a more consistent layout and color scheme and fixing sizes because some things look big and others look small.
